Keira Knightley has hinted her relationship with Rupert Friend is on the rocks. The British actress - who is currently starring in the West End show 'The Misanthrope' where she portrays 22-year-old movie star Jennifer - has spoken about the similarities between her and her sexy on-stage persona, admitting they both have love life "problems". She said: "Do I recognize being an extremely well-known young actress? Yes. And she's in the middle of a world full of people who are quite a bit older than her. She's having a problem with her boyfriend. No comment."


The 24-year-old beauty - who has been dating Rupert, 28, since 2005 when they met on the set of 'Pride and Prejudice'- also admitted she doesn't view fame in a positive way because the definition has changed so much. She explained: "If I'd thought about what fame meant when I was younger, it probably would have been for your name to be respected for something you do well. I don't know that that is any longer what fame means. I don't see it in its modern-day connotations as a particularly positive thing."

Defensive end Carlos Dunlap was arrested early Tuesday and charged with driving under the influence, just days before the biggest game of Florida's season.

"We are aware of the incident and are currently gathering more information," coach Urban Meyer said in a statement released by the school.

Meyer was expected to address the situation in more detail after practice Tuesday.

Dunlap, a junior from North Charleston, S.C., was released Tuesday morning on his own recognizance after his initial appearance at the Alachua County Jail. He was arrested at 3:25 a.m.

According to Gainesville Police spokesman Keith Kameg, an officer was dispatched to check out reports of a reckless driver near campus. When the officer spotted the car stopped at an intersection, he noticed the red 2000 Chrysler was not moving through several green lights.

The officer found Dunlap slumped over and asleep at the wheel. The officer woke up Dunlap through a cracked window, but he "would only open his eyes momentarily and then fall back asleep," Kameg said.

The officer unlocked the door, put the car in park and turned off the ignition. Dunlap got out and "was very groggy and had difficulty speaking and listening to instructions," Kameg said.

According to police, Dunlap had watery and bloodshot eyes, and there was a smell of alcohol. Dunlap failed a field sobriety test, refused a breath test and was booked.

Dunlap, the defensive MVP of last season's Bowl Championship Series national title game, has started every game this season for the defending champs. He has 35 tackles and is tied for the team lead with seven sacks heading into Saturday's SEC title game.

Two years ago, Mathis began having nonstop headaches that couldn't be explained.A year later, her legs started to feel numb and she walked with short, slow steps.

Two surgeries later, Mathis now walks with a normal stride, drives and dances. She's taking a new approach to life.

"She's a bit of a miracle child," said her grandmother Pat Mathis. "A lot of prayers went up for her, and the Lord answered them."

Mathis, 19, was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a neurological condition, last December. She visited several doctors who couldn't explain the headaches or what caused her legs to give out. It was frustrating; at times, she felt as if people doubted what she complained of feeling.

"It was very difficult," Mathis said. "It was a lot of going to doctors who said, 'Maybe it's this,' and they'd do tests and my tests would come back normal. We could see how things were getting worse, but no one could do anything about it."

She visited family doctors, neurologists, ear, nose and throat doctors and a chiropractor. Mathis was told she might have had migraines, lupus or fibromyalgia.

"It was frustrating," said her mom, Lisa Mathis. "There was never an option to not follow up on what was going on."

Once Mackenzie had difficulty walking long periods of time and needed wheelchairs at the mall and the airport, the family started searching harder.

A family friend got Lisa Mathis in touch with a family whose children were diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos. The symptoms that family's children experienced matched what Mackenzie was dealing with. Lisa Mathis said this helped get the family on the right track to find a diagnosis.

Ehlers-Danlos is a collection of genetic disorders that affect collagen, a protein that adds strength and elasticity to connective tissue. Patients often experience a downward pull of the spinal cord, which causes Chiari malformation.

According to Mackenzie's doctor, that's when the cerebellum, which controls balance, and the brainstem push downward. The pressure creates a range of problems, including the headaches and balance issues she experienced.
